How to order through Velvet Affair?
We have made the ordering service as fast and efficient as possible to make sure that your order is with you as soon as possible. When ordering from us there are some details you will be asked for, these are -
- Name and Billing Address (this is the address that you have registered with your bank)
- If the billing address is different to the shipping address then you will be asked to provide the shipping address
- You will need to choose your postage method
- Finally you will be asked for your payment details
Once you have entered all the information, you will receive an order confirmation number.
Returns and Refunds
We understand that ordering online can be tricky to get the right size, with this is mind you can return any item of clothing, costume or Lingerie if it is the wrong size. If this is the case then we will only accept the item if it is in its original packaging and has its original tags. If there is any evidence that the item has been worn or used in any way we will withhold the refund.
For hygiene purposes we do not accept returns on items that have been used or washed to disguise usage. Any items that are not in their original packaging will also not be accepted for a refund. We do not accept returns on knickers, thongs or bodystockings due to hygiene purposes.

At velvet Affair we accept the following payment methods -
- Visa (Debit, Credit and Electron)
We do not accept American express or paypal. If you have any further questions regarding your payment options please contact us.
Your package will be delivered either through Royal mail or through courier. In both instances a signature will be required as proof of receipt. If you are not in when your item is delivered it will be taken to a convenient depot near your address.

At Velvet Affair we respect and understand your need for privacy. We will not ask you for any details that aren't needed, however there are a few details we will require. When you shop with us, we will need and ask for personal information including your name, email address, billing address, product selections, credit card or other payment information.
Occasionally we may also ask for information about where you are on the Internet i.e. the website you came from, IP address, your browser type, the country where your internet service provider is located, the pages of our site that were viewed during your visit, and any search terms that you used. This will be to help us to maintain the service that we provide to you and to make changes where applicable.
