Delivery of your new item from Velvet Affair will arrive to you in one of three ways. You can choose which way you wish your products to arrive. We offer Free delivery, 1st Class recorded and UK mainland recorded delivery. Please note any order placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day.

1. Free Delivery-UK 2nd Class Non Recorded- 3-5 working days *please note that non recorded delivery means that you will not receive a tracking reference for your order. Velvet Affair takes no responsibility for lost or unclaimed items.

2. £3.50- UK 1st Class recorded Delivery- 1-3 working days

3. £7.95- UK Mainland Special Recorded Delivery- Next Day * Please note orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day. If an order is placed after 3pm on a Friday this will be processed the following Monday.

Discreet Delivery

Your order will be despatched to you in discreet plain packaging so that nobody will know what you have ordered.

If you are not at home when your order is delivered then your parcel will be sent to your nearest depot and a card will be left to advise where your order is. In the event that no advise card has been left then contact us stating your order and delivery reference numbers and we will help to finalise the delivery for you.

If your order is not received within 7 days then please contact us.

Please note that your items may come in seperate deliveries. They will all be discreetly packaged.
