We understand that sometimes you may receive your item and it may not fit or not be satisfactory. Please see the returns policy bellow.

What you can return to us

We understand that ordering online can be tricky to get the right size, with this is mind you can return any item of clothing, costume or Lingerie if it is the wrong size. If this is the case then we will only accept the item if it is in its original packaging and has its original tags. If there is any evidence that the item has been worn or used in any way we will withhold the refund.

For hygiene purposes we do not accept returns on items that have been used or washed to disguise usage. Any items that are not in their original packaging will also not be accepted for a refund.

With regards to our Sex Toys range we will only accept returns for items that are faulty and in their original packaging with seals unbroken or damaged. These items must be returned to us unused and in the original seal not broken. If there is any evidence that the item has been used then we withhold the right to a refund.

Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase - this does not affect your statuary rights

In line with the European Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000  you can cancel your order within 7 days by contacting us using our contact page. However if your order has been dispatched then you will be responsible for returning the item, in it's original condition, unused and for covering all postage costs.

How to return your item

Once you have read the above, if you wish to return your item then simply use the form on the contact us page and fill in all the details asked. Package your item safely and securely and return to us at the given address. ** Please note that in the case of returns/refunds Velvet Affair will not cover the cost of postage.
